Argiles : votre commune est-elle exposée ? (zonage 2026)
L'arrêté du 9 janvier 2026 a étendu la carte d'exposition au retrait-gonflement des argiles : les zones moyennes et fortes couvrent désormais 55 % du territoire hexagonal (contre 48 %). Applicable depuis le 1er juillet 2026, ce zonage conditionne l'étude de sol obligatoire à la vente d'un terrain, les règles de construction et l'exposition aux fissures de sécheresse.
66 des 78 communes analysées ci-dessous ont un statut communal « risque existant important » d'après le rapport Géorisques. Le statut se vérifie ensuite à la parcelle sur georisques.gouv.fr.
